Winpooch can be shutdown by other programs.. so if a
malicious sfotware shutdown winpooch, than theres no
protection. shouldn't winpooch be aquipped to deny api
hooking from other programs, kernal based, user-based,
it should deny closures from other software, like
norton antivirus has..?
