Hi. As you say - shutting down automatically can be dangerous because open files can be lost. A much better option would be to hibernate on low battery. If this could be done as an additional option - it would be a much safer option.

Can anyone tell me what development tools were used for developing winnut. If I have or can get hold of these tools without too much expense - I would be happy to look into implementing this feature. I am new to open source - but keen to dip my toes...:-)
