DirectInput plugin

DirectInput plugin can be used to generate control codes from a joystick or a game controller. The plugin handles single button press and combination of buttons. When button press is detected, a code BUTTON_x1_x2_x3_..._xn is generated, one xi for each button that is being pressed. The button indexes in the code name are always in ascending order.
