#7 Raw Codes work, but cannot "Learn"

I get RAW Codes output from my remote when I go to the Raw Codes dialogue, but when I try to "learn", it doesn't detect the signal.
I have gotten my receiver to work in uIce, is there any way I can transfer settings from uIce to WinLIRC ? For example, take the Signature from uIce and convert it to something WinLIRC could read?
