I tried to configure USB Toy but suddenly after restarting WinLIRC it does not want to show the window- only lingers in the background. Any idea how to return to previous state?

Thank you, I did not see the Tray icon. Another question, it seems like I could use IRDroid to send this data from Android. Is there any equivalent for iOS?

I seem to remember there was an option to hide the tray icon. But if you double click the .exe it should bring up the menu
