#23 Support multiple plugins at the same time.

Make it possible to use multiple plugins at the same time and multiple instances of the same plugin.
Why?
For example I have a normal IR remote and a smartphone app that I can use to send codes to WinLIRC. In order to switch between these, I need to go and configure WinLIRC.
Supporting multiple instances of same plugin allows use cases where multiple receivers of the same type are installed in different rooms.

Might add support for multiple plugins. But not multiple instances of the same plugin, that would introduce a lot of complexity, especially with loading/saving settings.

I do have a patch that allows multiple instances of winlirc, given they are run on different ports.
