blue border lines between folder icons and app icons - please help

i have the latest version available installed... when it runs in fullscreen, i see this ugly blue border lines between the folder icons and even the app icons ... please check the screen shot ...

p.s.: i noticed that this only happens when i activate the "pin Winlaunch to the desktop"... when the option is disabled, the blue lines just disappear... when re-activating it, the blue lines appear again .. :(

Hey, can you give me some more information about your system (Screen resolution / dpi settings, OS, etc.)
