When the mouse is dragged across the dock (i.e. -
moving a horizontal scroll bar across), the dock should
not be shown as this makes the mouse lose the scroll
bar (or whatever is being dragged).
also, if you right click on a window in the taskbar and move
the mouse over the menu, the dock pops up... maybe some way
to access the system info on whether there is a menu
currently open or institute a delay (~1.5 secs) for
mouse-over before actually showing the dock/icons
