New Lights LUX- LWB004 and GE Link- ZLL Light

New lights, Log shown below. Also developer spelled wrong in winhue 3 log.

There should be a txt file with the name of the lights in the WinHue Folder I need that as well to create lights dll.

Txt files attached, I had to look in winhue2 folder because I cant find any txt files in winhue3 folder.

lights DLL are up. https://sourceforge.net/projects/winhue/files/Lights%20DLL/

for winhue 3 just rename the DLL extension to lgt. And dont forget to unblock it. It will be included in the next version of WinHue 2 and 3.
