#71 Hinge across edge

Hard to explain but MAX5 has it :-)
Where it could be useful : tons of things [of course :) ]
but most of all when making [eg] shouldercaps for some
characters -> instead of a normal bevel where all 4 edge
are extruded along x units, a hinge will take one edge as
the turning point and extrude the remaining 3 edges
around x degrees and this in y times...

Nevertheless : WINGS IS SUPER! With or without
hinging :)))))

Wings already has it. It is called Lift. (You must have the Advanced
menus turned on.) It can lift from a vertex as well as from an edge.
