#54 compile on Fedora 20 : can't locate getopts.pl

Creating heimdal/lib/asn1/der-protos.h
Use of "do" to call subroutines is deprecated at heimdal/cf/make-proto.pl line 15.
Can't locate getopts.pl in @INC (@INC contains: /usr/local/lib64/perl5 /usr/local/share/perl5 /usr/lib64/perl5/vendor_perl /usr/share/perl5/vendor_perl /usr/lib64/perl5 /usr/share/perl5 .) at heimdal/cf/make-proto.pl line 5.
make: *** [heimdal/lib/asn1/der-protos.h] Error 2

Do i need a specific Perl library of some kind? or is the problem that the stock Fedora 20 perl packages are to recent?
