fix but where if quartz-wm is able to decorate windows that when you ever maximize a window, it will always come back launched stretched over the whole screen. This may be a bug in Xquartz itself. All X11s, even Apple's is currently displaying this bug.

since quartz-wm is closed source, I cannot do much here... haven't figured out why it happens, but it appears to be in quartz-wm.
