[windwm-bugs] Wind 1.4 released

Wind 1.4 is out!

Development has been slow the last months, and this is only a minor
update. Long window names are now truncated at the delete button. There is
also a small fix regarding the EWMH property _NET_WM_DESKTOP; it is now
removed when the client window is withdrawn as specified by the
specification.

I am pretty confident about the stability of this release (knock on wood).
It contains very few changes, and I have been testing it for a couple of
months.

Please give me some feedback if you're using (or at least tried) Wind. Do
you like it? Hate it? Drop an email to this list, or to me personally.
