Commit [r4]  Maximize  Restore  History

Fixed the bug that made this application useless in action by adding /c to the arguments in Settings.cs so instead of slmgr -* it is now /c slmgr -* and I changed in the manifest so users now if UAC is enable are forced to give the application admin access.
