#3 Two new commands

Hello, just in response, i plan on making two commands
for windop (possibly one being an addon to windopsql).
First command: FORCE and UNFORCE
The FORCE command is commonly used on GNUWorld to grant
an admin temporary 500 access on a channel. I am
thinking to create this, say i do /msg W FORCE #windop
, then W grants me a temporary 500. For this time
being, there are 2 500 users on the channel. For
security reasons, i have excluded the privilege of
admins being able to FORCE access for other admins.
(Prevents "framing"). The 500 access can be removed via
UNFORCE. UNFORCE will NOT be allowed if "somehow" the
channel will be left without a 500 user if UNFORCED.

Second FUNCTION: Channel Fly by on register.
As you all may know, GNUWorld provides the channelwide
notices about every hour for pending channels. These
notices remind users that they can OBJECT channel
registrations when the channel is pending. My proposal
is to add in a function (that complies with windop
sql), when a channel is applied for via the website,
the bot JOINS the applied channel (but does not
register it), and messages the channel like <W> This
channel is under PENDING stages with the Windop Channel
Service. If you have a worthy reason to object this
channels registration, please do so. Objections, or
current channel status can be viewed at
http://cservice.theirsite.org/dopsql/viewapp.php?app=channelblabla
etc. 30 seconds or so later, the bot parts. However if
the bot gets a TOO MANY CHANNELS JOINED error response,
it will be reported to the admins.
