Now a question: is it possible to integrate user-created bookmarks as (read-only) 'contents' with a djvu document (as the 'bookmark tool' is supposed to do)? In short, I need to have the contents of a book intact, and also be able to make my own annotations as bookmarks. Having both in the same tab (i.e. contents and annotations) is quite confusing. The bookmark tool, unfortunately, cannot manage bookmarks exported from a windview file.
