#5 Exclude folders from Media Library

Add option to exclude certain folders from Media Library
(i.e. you can add c:\mp3 to the library and add "c:\mp3
\bad music" to the exlude list, resulting in files in that
folder not being included in the media library listing).

Feature conflict:
If you include (for instance) "C:\mp3" but your actual
files lie deeper, root stripping won't work. (stgeorge)

I don't understand the feature conflict, stgeorge. Please
explain. What I meant is that if I exclude "c:\mp3\bad music"
from the Media Library, files in this folder (and any subfolders)
will simply not be scanned. I don't see how this will conflict
with root stripping.
