>From what I see in the traceback I'd say the problem lies with SQLAlchemy.
Maybe the version you have installed is not the right one? Try upgrading
with pip install --upgrade sqlalchemy. Another possibility is you have
installed SQLAlchemy but you're missing the actual database connectors it
uses underneath.

If all else fails, just skip pip entirely (it's a piece of crap anyway...)
and install manually with the setup.py script bundled in the winappdbg
sources.
