My Windows display language is English (UK), my locale is Dutch (NL).
This means that I prefer the display language to be English. And yet, W32DI manages to decide to display itself in Dutch. Why? Because I prefer a decimal comma instead of a decimal point??

Locale is not the same as language. An oftenly made mistake, but one that's easy to fix. Just look at the right, uhm, tag, I guess, by which the OS tells apps how to display things.

I'll take a look at this and see what I may have set wrong. Could be a QT library issue (which I don't control).
