I'll look at this as soon as I get some free time. Note that we are a small group of developers (3 currently), and all of us are overloaded with job related work and busy personal schedules.

Currently doing code reviews. Some of the patches you have will go in, some will need to be reworked to split portions up. Some will not go in, as I have taken a different approach for hash calculations.
