Same on Win 7-64 too. I've noticed that, but not sure that it's anything we're doing (certainly not doing it intentionally, at any rate) versus something that Windows is doing and is therefore out of our control...
I've thought the program crashed before though, until I got used to it popping under, so agreed that it's irritating.
I can reproduce it here on my test VM. Not sure if it is an issue we introduced with 0.9.5 or if it is a QT 5.2 bug. Will look into it.
Fix committed. Accidentally omitted setting the parent window in the file dialog.
Wanted to post that this has been an ongoing issue with Qt. I'm experiencing it on Windows, Linux, and Mac, during my development of Open RPG Maker, and have been since about Qt 4.8. I'd recommend searching Qt's bugs to see if they are aware of it and if they have a plan to fix it.
