#44 Ignore drives argument

Sometimes the application fails to open when you have mounted drives like Gdrive (G:) our PcloudDrive (P:). So, instead we need to stop these service would be nice if we can call win32diskimager.exe passing a argument like --ignore GP

This way the app would no try to read these drives (G: and P:) and the application wont crash.
