On a 4K screen the opening window is approximately 1.25" by 1" and is pretty much unusable by default. Is there some way to adjust the default screen size as more screens are now UHD?
I have added a change in the code that 'should' hopefully fix this issue. I'll have a dedicated Windows development system online soon (reorganizing my home office). I think the new system has the capability to test this feature (I'm mostly a Linux developer).

Tobin, its been going on a year now and this is still an open item. You mentioned you had modified the code to correct this porblem but I have not been able to find any new version with the problem fixed. Can you point me in the right direction?

My appologies. I have not had any spare time to work on this project in a while. I hope to get back to it soon. Until then, the fix was added to the code base and will be in the next release. If you wish to test it out, feel free to check out the code and build it.

I just checked the Bug list and found a similar issue--#61. It seems that the problem exists in 1.0.0 still? I am using Win10 at 200% scaling.

Tobin, happy to test it out for you on at least Win10 if that helps.
Any development here? It still does not display well on a 4k monitor.
