If you try to convert Steam PC files to PS3 or Xbox 360 format WillowTree# 2.2.1.102 will tell you that the save has raw data that it doesn't know how to translate so you cannot convert it.  This is because the Steam version adds a data packet of its own and WT# doesn't know the format of it so doesn't know how to translate the byte order of its data from little endian to big endian as required for a bug free translation.  If you want to export Steam PC files to PS3/Xbox360 then you must use the latest experimental revision of WillowTree# to convert the savegame.  It has functionality to strip out the raw data that it can't understand instead of just telling you it can't convert it like WT# 2.2.1.102.

The latest development (experimental) revisions of WillowTree# are found in the experimental files area:

Note that the raw data that exists in the Steam PC version of the game does not exist in any other versions so stripping it out should not cause any problems.  If you move a save from another version (including PC DVD) to Steam PC, Steam will automatically update the save to add its data packet.  I believe the packet is used for tracking purposes and stores no data important to your character's state or progress.
