First off, Gear Calculator is immensely more accurate than WillowTree# at both item naming and calculating item stats so when in doubt, believe Gear Calculator.  The WT# weapon calculations are not accurate I'm afraid.  Its something I'd like to improve but calculating the stats of items is not that simple.  Don't believe anything you read when you press the Weapon Information button.

I created the same weapon you did on Gear Calculator, used the export button, added it into WT# 2.2.1 with the Insert from Clipboard function in the weapon panel, saved, then loaded it into Borderlands.  It matches the stats shown on Gear Calculator all except the recoil reduction is only 34% not 42%.  That small discrepancy is because Gear Calculator's calculating ability is not totally flawless either and it didn't calculate the recoil reduction properly, not because WT# failed to insert the item properly as it was designed in Gear Calculator.

The reason you are having this issue with the weapons you are editing is because you are not using a new enough version of Borderlands.  Item levels are not supported in versions of Borderlands before 1.30.  You need to update to version 1.30 or later if you want to make weapons with custom item levels like the one you have made.  If you have a version earlier than 1.30 the custom level will not be understood so the game will make it into a level 0 weapon with very little damage as you can see by the 9 damage on yours.   You can make items of different levels only by changing the compononent parts or adjusting the quality in versions of Borderlands before 1.30, not by using the level slider to force a particular item level.

i bought my game though an online shop that i cant remember  :s how the hell can i update it :S and do you use the export to clipboard next to the "card" tab?

To export from Gear Calculator I used the button on the "Card" tab that looks like a sheet of paper and says "Export" if you hover over it.  That copies the item to the clipboard.  Whatever method you were using to get the gear into WT# must have worked because the level was set properly in your screenshot of WT#.  It just wasn't understood by the game because your version is not new enough.

If you purchased online and downloaded it at a place like Direct2Drive, GoGamer, or Steam you have to go to their website to find the update because it has their custom Digital Rights Management software (copy protection) in it.  Direct2Drive has the link on the product page to the patch for instance.  You could check your web browser history possibly to figure out which store you purchased it from if you remember approximately when that was.  You can only install updates from Gearbox directly if you installed the game off a physical CD.

Oops I am sorry I meant to say that I used the button on the "Code" tab not the "Card" tab to export the weapon to the clipboard.
