So my Internet was down last night…so no XBL, I figure "Hey this is a good time to mod some weapons" I then find out that this is impossible. WillowTree# loads I open a file and then 20 seconds later I get an error and the program closes. Here is the error:

I periodically turn on and off my "Windows Firewall" which disallows access to all in/out traffic except the few apps that I have specifically allowed - and pretty sure I've run Willowtree with the firewall enabled… So I did a quick check - I disabled my ethernet (network connections -> right-click & "disable") so I have no Internet connection, and then run Willowtree (Beta 10r13) and opened one of my saves, browsed my weapons a bit, then my Items, exported a couple of the items to the Locker, exported one to a file, browsed a bit more, then saved it to a new file… and then came back here, and WillowTree is still running in the other window and it's been open for at *least* a few minutes.

There's no reason it should have to connect to the network… I'm not sure why you would be experiencing an issue like that… my only (wild guess) though is maybe somehow the executable has become infected with something that's trying to get onto the net and crashing because it's failing…(?)  As I say - just a wild guess, since I have no other ideas… Sorry. Happy to help if I can, but nothing else comes to mind at the moment… (presumably you are running an up-to-date virus scanner, etc., right)  ;)

Tried to submit this message and forgot I disabled the network! Zoinks!  - Fortunately managed to get my msg back! I quit WillowTree, still no trouble, and enabled the network again to submit this…
