So being the obsessive user I am, I like my locations to be in an order that's easy for me to find the places I want to go to. I accidentally unlocked a couple of areas before one I wanted to be higher on the list than them, and so I need to edit the list. Now I know how to do this on Willowtree, but I find this only gives me the options for changes on playthrough 1, and not number 2. How, if I can, do I change my locations for the second playthrough?

There's only one list of locations saved in a Borderlands savegame file. In the second playthrough they will be in the same order as the first playthrough.  Locations that you discovered in the first playtrhough are already discovered in the second playthrough automatically.  That's just how the game works.  It has nothing to do with WT#.  The locations do not appear in the teleporter until you finish appropriate quests to unlock them though so it will appear as if you have a completely empty location list when in actuality it has all the old entries on it still.  By the time you leave New Haven you'll notice you can teleport to a lot of places you haven't walked to in the second playthrough because the availability of those zones is only locked by the quest that allows you to exit New Haven and you already visited those locations once in playthrough one.

Okay, thanks for that. I suppose I'll unlock every area and then re-arrange to my hearts content then.
