When I download the lates Zip for WillowTree# I have to rename the file to a .zip Once I do that, I extract with WinZip. The extract does not have an exe file. All that is there is CS files. Please help. What do I do? Is there a specific folder I have to unzip to for starting the program in win 7? Does it only open with running Borderlands program?

You didn't download the right file.  Most of the files in the experimental folder are zip files with binaries, but there are a few in there that are source code just because not everyone knows how to use SVN to directly access the source code server so occasionally I also make a zip archive of the source code, but not for every revision..  The source code archives are called WillowTree#-(version)-source.zip.  The binary ones are called WillowTree#-(version)-experimental.zip

    The latest binary file is:

    http://sourceforge.net/projects/willowtree/files/experimental/WillowTree%23-2.2.1.222-experimental.zip

To use it you typically make a folder that the user has both read and write access to, extract all the files from the zip archive into it, then run WillowTree#.exe.  A subfolder the user's My Documents folder will usually work if you don't know which folders you have write access to, but any other folder that you have read and write access to will also work.
