"I just wish there was a way to automatically create
pages. This way I can create a link, and if somebody
clicks on it, he'll get an empty page and can start
editing it right away (I think many other wiki's work this
way)."

I totally agree with this one, because that is actually one of
the basic features in other Wikis, to be able to create a link
to a non-existent page, and then click that link to create the
new page.

I strongly support this. This is the very feature that
diffenciate a Wiki from a classical Web site editor.
Currently, If I want to add a new topic, I have to create a
new page, link back the new page to my topic.

In 5.0 you can automatically create a new page when you add an internal link. This is not quite the same as you wanted but does eliminate the need in previous versions of creating the new page, and then going and editing the page you want to link to the new page.
