#26 Standalone in-world-only version of tree

It would be useful to have a version of the tree that needs no external database or resources at all. If someone wanted to take the code and run off in some odd direction with it, they could do it in a more lightweight manner using an in-world-only tree as a starting point. Easiest to create would be a version of the tree without any voting or comments at all; harder but more useful would be an in-world mechanism for voting, commenting, and viewing comments.

Managing this kind of fork needs some thought, since we'd like future improvements to the in-world portion of the tree to improve both forks if possible.

Agreed. Putting aside feedback, I think the only big piece to this would be the lsl code for deciding where a new leaf should go.
