No

In order to get a more pinpointed discussion around specific elements of the design, is it possible to leave comments that are associated with a particular texture name? For example, if we had a number of prims througout the design with the name: 'Wall - Adobe', if you clicked on that prim, it would bring up the specific forum thread of discussion around the use of adobe walls. Textures in this instant would work like 'layers' do in dividing up the design into logical components.

... or another, cheaper way perhaps would be to have descriptive boxes (like what oemi started developing) but instead of feeding you all the text in-world, it points you to the appropriate web forum with that discussion. You simply put these pointer boxes next to any area of the design with a little hover text describing what it points to - the person installing it simply modifies the 'load url' script inside it to point to whichever forum or website resource is appropriate - it might not even be part of the SW website, but a material manufacturer, or precedent for the idea, etc.

Could you even copy this box inworld, and a dialog box would pop up that asked:
    1. replying to this thread
    2. posting a new thread

if 1. it opens up the forum, in the inworld browser, for someone to input their related discussion. After the comment is registered in the forum thread, the old box disappears.
if 2. it asks the user to place the box near the object they would like to refer to and opens up a new forum thread in the inworld browser where the user can input their new comment.

...a continuation from the comment above:

I might be dreaming here a little, but is there a way to have the user select a number of prims and leave a comment that is associated with these prims? In turn, is there a way to find the prims that are associated with the comment. For example, if i read a comment in the forum, is there a way to highlight those prims, inworld, the comment is referring to? This is another tall order perhaps, but just brainstorming on ways to focus and pinpoint discussion around various componenets of the model.

... in addition, it would ideal if someone could select a set number of prims and subsequently allot a number of votes to this set. i.e... someone might give the roofing details a positive rating, but the gutter details a negative rating. Someone viewing the model after a time, could flip a toggle and view through some type of color gradient (green-red) what areas are doing well in the community's eyes and what areas are not.
