Hi, Microsoft Research New England developed a project called Wikiprep# that processes wikimedia files similarly to wikiprep. The output files are very similar to wikiprep. It's written in C# and based on Net 4.0 but might work in Mono. It's licensed under Apache 2.0. Source code and setup program are here: http://wikiprepsharp.codeplex.com/ Markus Mobius Senior Researcher MSR New England On Fri, Aug 31, 2012 at 9:27 AM, Karsten Jeschkies <je...@we...> wrote: > Hi, > > I have problems prescanning the Wikipedia Dump from August 3rd. > > Strawberry 64bit crashes on Windows 7 right at the start. > > On Ubuntu 12.04 64bit it runs for roughly 3 hrs and crashes without an > error.
