#158 User:0 replacing user names is hist

Oh great, I've got an interesting bug for you: User:names next to non-current edits in Recent changes
AND in the history of articles is showing up as "user:0", thus completely obscuring who has done what
for anything older than the most current version.

I would classify this as a serious bug.

Yep, I goofed while trying to fix yourt other bug--lowercase
user names. I've restored most of the data, and I'm working
on the rest.
