#662 Fix escaping of HTML exports

During the development of version 6.8.0 the fuzzer revealed that a resource is sometimes incorrectly escaped. The error exists at least when a character that must be escaped in HTML appears at the end of a field. In its escaped HTML form which ends with a semicolon the formatter confuses it with punctuation.
