Exporting a resource with & and < characters shows double escaping for EndNote and probably a wrong HTML escaping for RIS. See resource Alismabase.

Bugs and feature requests : #607
Hi Mark,
I tested exports and the HTML is not well escaped. If you import the bib file attached you could reproduce an exemple with a single resource. This resource show the error with a title (& and < not well escaped, but most of resource fields are not well escaped by this formater. THis is right for exports and the results of sears and lists.
I need tyou help to fix this because I don't know the formater well.
Regards,
Will look at it and the others today.
Mark
The exports in the attachment do not necessarily correspond to the current state but with the bib you can import the resource. Thanks.
As far as I can see:
bibTeX import is fine
HTML export is fine
RTF export is fine
RIS export: HTML entities (
AlismaBase: Le piège de l'esperluette (&) et du signe inférieur (<)
), strange authors (not part of original import), and strange URLs (not part of original import)Endnote export: Same issues as RIS (note, different extra authors added).
Anything I've missed?
Mark
Do not consult the contents of the files, they are out of date. Use the bib file to import and then export again. I have already made some escaping corrections.
Yes, RIS is wrongly escaped for HTML.
I already fixed EndNote export.
HTML is broken now.
Should be fixed now.
