#261 Add a OAuth 2.0 auth method

The mechanism is interesting but it requires the registration of several authentication providers. It's not just a method. Given the scope of Wikindx, this is not a useful mode in view of the lack of providers in this or a related field. There is little change that users have an account with a small number of providers, or they will not have any.

Will not be implemented unless requested by user.

Reopened, a user requested this feature in ticket [#647].

OpenId (OIDC) seems a better option and need search.

OAuth is definitely too complicated, not really standardized, buggy and opposed to open use and respect for user rights, so this is a wontfix.
