Related to bug 123 (creator surname search).

At some future upgrade of the DB, parse all resourcecreatorCreatorSurname values and put back any missing dash and apostrophes that have been removed previously.

I'm pretty certain this was fixed earlier. In any case, in my test database that goes back years, I can't find any faults.
