How can I use it in my online wikindx installation?
I can't find a good description to how insert it, can You help me please?

If I understand you want to use the Italian translation but not correct or improve it.
In this case you have nothing to do because this translation is already included with WIKINDX.
Just set you preferred language in "My Wikindx" config screen.
