During a change of office, the username and password were lost, we are looking for a way to solve this problem and recover our data. Do you know which person we should contact? Is it possible to know the last person who connected in order to be able to reach them?

Maybe they have a solution,
I didn't have access to the data base,
Login and password are totaly lost,
Maybe they have a solution for me,

The first thing to say is that the wikindx version is very old – v4 – and we are now up to v6.3.x. It might be difficult to fix what is wrong (I assume the superadmin password is what is lost).
Before answering your questions, I need to know:
a) Are you able to look at the database? (the superadmin's email should be stored there so tracing him/her can be started from there).
b) Does the website the wikindx is on support the latest version of wikindx?
PHP >= 7.3 and <= 7.4
MySQL >= 5.7.5
or
MariaDB >= 10.2
If we can get past the password issue, then it should be possible to upgrade wikindx but it needs to be someone who know what they are doing on the web server as your wikindx is so old there are a number of steps involved.
