This is nothing to do with the version of the wordprocessor plugin for v4.1 or whether that's installed or not -- it's a hangover from v3.x which I've now fixed in SVN for v4.1.2 release. When users were deleted, the old papers db table was checked for instances of that user and rows deleted as necessary.
I've now removed this.
I've also added a patch to the wordprocessor plugin (v1.2 now) so that the new word processor table and papers/ folder are checked for deleted users each time the word processor starts up.

Hello Frank. I just tested WordProcessor plugin in local and remote server, and it works fine. Add and delete papers works.
Are you sure to have installed the latest v.4 + WP plugin?
