That appears to be our fault in packaging the zip file for the latest release. The files should be in plugins/wordProcessor/
Change your folder name and the plugin should appear in the plugin1 folder. This is the default folder set in the plugin's config.php file. You can change this by setting the variable to one of:
"wikindx", "res", "search", "text", "admin", "plugin1", "plugin2", "plugin3"
