I just reread your post and looked at the screenshot. The issue is just the success message right? It is in English after switching to Turkish but everything else is already in Turkish.
I notice this on my remote servers – it appears all SUCCESS and ERROR messages are hard-wired to English (even if menu etc. are in the non-English language).
Stéphane: I can't test this (as, on my localhost OSX, I can't change localization period) – perhaps you could look at it.

If you would like to refer to this comment somewhere else in this project, copy and paste the following link:
Hello,
When I apply some changes, whatever language I select it always uses English for this message and says "Successfully configured WIKINDX"

Hi Suleyman,
Which OS are you using? I too get this on Mac OSX on my localhost but not on remote servers.
Regards,
Mark
I test in Linux and Windows. Both same.

Yes, exactly what you said.
It seems hardcoded text messages.
Please try again with the last revision.
Not working for me (but might be part of general localization issues I have).
Ok, I'm not surprised. And you Suleyman?
Yes. It is working now.
Impressive quick solution.
Thanks.
