What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Attempting to connect to the FTP
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
A connection to the FTP. "Cannot access"
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Rev114 on Windows 7.
Please provide any additional information below.
Anyone else having problems with the FTP after updating to Rev114? It
worked flawlessly beforehand.

Well that means this issue is the same as other people have with ftp. Merging into
