I've spent a few hours today on this, but things are not looking great.
Looks like the plugin is not loading up, but unfortunately a Dashboard Widget loading up an embedded WebKit plugin (as opposed to Widget Plugin) is not a documented feature to start with... Maybe it's possible to write a proper Widget Plugin with the same NSView, but won't be a quick fix.
Things moved on so much since too and Dashcode doesn't even open anymore. I might just let it go.

No worries, Ippei. I didn't actually use WidgetTerm very often, so I'm just getting used to opening Terminal all the time instead.
