#33 Failing to RENEW an IA NA.

There is a bug with RENEW for an IA NA. There is a missing check for sacreate in an if-statement. This leads to an erroneous attempt to add an address to an interface, and update_address() fails without sending any RENEW.

The added patch fixes it.
