#13 Unlimited Ammo

What more is there to say.

This probalbly should only affect the most played
weapons. I'm thinking of just rocket-launcher and railgun.
Everything else could be limited in ammo.

Note: Use a simple boolean variable for each weapon, so
it is easier possible to add that into the
game-menu/configs. In that way, it is the server's choice
which weapons should have unlimited ammo!
