I have already installed the newest version of WhiteStarUML and begin to use it.
When I choose any of approach in a new project and create a new Use Case diagram, the pictures/icons of Actors and Use Cases don't appear. What can be the problem?
I have Windows 8.1 Pro x64, and just updated the system. Microsoft Net Framework 4.0!

You may have isssues with Direct2D. Use Tools-Options-Environment-General-Use Direct2D to disable it.
