I updated from 5.5.1 to 5.5.3 on a Win 8.1 64-Bit (German) maschine. After this, every time I try to open the Tagged Values Editor, I get:
"Error:
Access violation at address 5005F00E in module 'rtl190.bpl'. Read of address 8DFFF097"
As I'm not sure, whether this problem is caused by myself or it may be a bug, I just want to inform you about this behaviour.
I reinstalled the previous 5.5.1 and now everything works fine for me (as before).

I managed to reproduce that problem too. In the build 5.5.3 some libraries were reorganized to ensure better sharing of window positions but evidently there is a compatibility problem now.

Ok, thanks a lot for your diagnostics and your reply!!!
I hope you can solve the compatibility problems with one of the next versions. 5.5.3 has some really important enhancements, so it would be great if I could use them :-).

It is an ugly problem with some class runtime information getting weird but I hope I got it under the control so there is a hotfix update in build 5.5.3.1. The problem still shows up in multiline values in the Options editor. I will be posting a full update shortly just after integrating the recently updated GUI library.
