this is an old issue that goes back to early StarUML: if I print a Use Case diagram, the layout is destroyed and the USe Case bubbles become very big and overlap each other. The only solution is to export the diagram to powerpoint and print from there. I wonder if a solution is possible (all versions of StarUML/WhitestarUML including the latest ones; on Windows 7)
This issue was addressed in the very first release of WhiteStarUML and later updated for various screen DPI values and no problem was reported since then. I have no idea why it could still be kicking in now. Probably you may be using a project created by StarUML and some values were stored in the project file. Try creating a fresh project and see if the problem persists.

Thanks Janusz, that is the likely reason! I am using project created with StarUML many years ago.
You may try some experiments with a simple, fresh project to see what kind of data is being added to the project after print operation. Next try to find such data in your original project and delete it.
