the application toolbar is hidden and can not access it in any way, so I can not access the shortcut keys, please help.
Install and you uninstall the application but the problem persists, I find a bug, because if I close the windows other property, and I can not reopen.

Use regedit and delete the key:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\WhiteStarUML\Dock
It should reset any menu layout settings.
